Can I wash my hair immediately?

Can I tie my hair during this period?

Not at all. Once the initial processing period is over and you have washed your hair, it will feel lightweight, soft, smooth, and glossy, without any heavy or greasy residue.
Can I colour my hair?

Is there downtime?

Will it straighten my hair?

Will it lighten my hair?

What happens on blonde or bleached hair?
Nanoplasty is excellent for blondes as it does not discolour lightened hair. It often acts as a toner, refining cool tones and enhancing the overall shade.
Can I colour my hair the same day?

What is the main difference between the two?
The main difference is the result and longevity. Cocochoco Keratin smooths and reduces frizz with a lifespan of 3-5 months, keeping some volume. BKT Nanoplasty provides intense straightening and repair with a lifespan of 6-8 months.
What aftercare products should I use?
It is CRITICAL to use Sulfate-Free shampoo and conditioner. Sulfates (SLS) will strip the treatment from your hair very quickly. We stock specialized aftercare products in the salon.
Which one is right for blonde hair?
Both can be suitable, but Nanoplasty often includes violet pigments specifically designed to neutralize brassy tones in blonde hair while straightening.

How long do they last?
Thanks to the instant curing process, UV Lash Extensions generally offer 20-30% better retention than traditional lashes. With proper aftercare, they can last up to 4-6 weeks, though we recommend infills every 2-3 weeks to keep them looking full and flawless.
Is the UV light safe?
Yes, completely safe. We use a specially designed, low-wattage LED UV light that focuses exclusively on the lash line. Your eyes remain closed, and the exposure is minimal ~ less than the ambient UV exposure you receive on a short walk outside.
How does the application differ from traditional lashes?
The application process is very similar to traditional extensions, one extension (or fan) is isolated and applied to a single natural lash. The only difference is that the adhesive is cured instantly using UV light, which means less fumes, faster drying, and stronger retention.
Are they better for sensitive eyes?
Absolutely. Traditional lash glue releases cyanoacrylate fumes as it cures over 24-48 hours, which is the primary cause of irritation and allergic reactions. Because UV adhesive cures instantly, there are virtually no lingering fumes, making it ideal for clients with sensitivities.
Can I get them wet immediately?
Yes! One of the biggest benefits of UV Lash Extensions is that there is zero downtime. Since the adhesive is 100% cured before you leave the salon, you can shower, swim, sweat, or wash your face immediately without affecting retention, unlike traditional lash extensions that require 24 hours.
Will they damage my natural lashes?
No. When applied correctly by our trained professionals, UV Lash Extensions will not damage your natural lashes. We carefully select the appropriate weight and length for your natural lash health, and the instant cure prevents the lashes from sticking together (stickies).
How long does the appointment take?
A full set typically takes between 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the style (UV, Classic, Hybrid, or Volume) and the density of your natural lashes. Infill appointments usually take about 1 to 1.5 hours.
How often do I need infills?
We recommend booking an infill every 2 to 3 weeks. You naturally shed 2-5 lashes per day as part of your normal hair growth cycle, so regular infills are needed to replace the grown-out extensions and fill in any gaps.
